COURSES 2012:

Adult 3 day course: 11, 12 and 19 August 10am - 4pm

During Cork Craft Month I will be offering an adult course in personal projects using ceramic techniques.

Learn techniques of hand building with clay. The first two days are spent creating and the third glazing. Suitable for all levels of experience and can be tailored to suit your requirements.

Cost: €250 per person, including all materials, coffee and snacks and delicious home cooked lunch.

Kids (6-15 yrs) 3 day course: 9, 10 and 13 July 10am - 1pm

Try out at least three different techniques of building with clay, including making a mirror frame, modellling an animal and having a go on the Potters wheel to make a bowl. Then learn about colours and glazes and using coloured glass before loading the kiln with your pieces.

Collection Sunday, 3 - 4 pm, 15 July

Cost: €90 per child.
